Can I check-in during the night?
We hold all reservations till 11pm. Late arrivals can be arranged individually by contacting the hotel by email at soma.frontdesk@ohrllc.com.
What time is check-in?
Check in is at 3pm.
What time is check-out?
Check out is at 12 noon.
Is late check-out available?
Due to the implementation of additional cleaning and safety measures late checkouts are not currently possible.

Is the hotel reception desk open 24 hours a day?
The reception desk is available 24 hours a day by dialing zero from your room.
Does the hotel have car parking facilities?
Yes, on site self-parking is available at $45.00 per vehicle, per night plus tax. Oversized vehicles when accommodated will be charged $55.00 per vehicle, per night plus tax.
Can I bring my pet?
While we love animals, we cannot accommodate pets in our facilities. Only certified service animals will be allowed to spend the night.
Can I leave my luggage at the hotel before check-in time?
Luggage and personal items can be left up to 06 hours prior to check in, or up to 06 hours after check out as a courtesy and free of charge. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate overnight storage.
Can I ship a package to the hotel?
Packages are accepted provided they are small, weigh 15 lbs. or less and arrive within 72 hours of your scheduled stay. Packages outside of these parameters are subject to a $15.00 per day storage fee.
What is the minimum age requirement to check into the room?
The minimum age to check-in is 18 with a valid ID.
Will your rooms allow rollaways/cribs? Is there a charge?
Not all rooms can accommodate rollaway beds. When provided there is a $20.00 nightly charge for rollaway beds, however there is never a charge for cribs.
Do you have a fitness center? What kind of equipment does it have? What are the hours?
The Carriage Inn does not have its own fitness center; however, guests have access to the fitness center across the street at the Americania Hotel. There you will find is a combination of stationary machines and free weights available. The fitness center is currently closed in accordance with local and state health and safety guidelines.

The Carriage Inn is located on Seventh Street between Mission and Howard Streets in San Francisco.
Do you have connecting rooms?
The hotel has some connecting room and all are subject to availability. Please contact the front desk by email at soma.frontdesk@ohrllc.com.
What forms of payment are accepted to pay for my room?
All major credit cards are accepted for room payment. No cash or personal checks are accepted.
How do I report a missing item?

The Carriage Inn is a non-smoking facility.

The Carriage Inn does not serve breakfast; however, breakfast is available at K-OZ restaurant, across the street inside the Americania Hotel. Due to the implementation of additional cleaning and safety measures the restaurant hours may vary.

The Carriage Inn does not have its own restaurant, however K-OZ restaurant located across the street.
Do you have a pool?
No, however guests of the Carriage Inn have full access to the outdoor heated pool at the Americania Hotel. The pool is located in the NW corner of the hotel between floors 2 and 3. Hours of operation are from 7am to 9pm daily. There is no lifeguard on duty. The pool however, is currently closed in accordance with local and state health and safety guidelines.
